
I made immunity bombs | Ginger, turmeric + lemon to help with cold & flu

Today I am going to make the viral immunity bombs that have been circulating on social media. The combination of ginger, lemon, and turmeric with a dash of black pepper is known to have many health benefits. One of those benefits is to soothe or aid cold and congestion. The cracked black pepper helps with the absorption of the properties of turmeric. If you try this, I hope this home remedy helps you.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb lemons
8 oz fresh ginger root
5 oz fresh turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
2 1/2 cups of water
*I made 6 round ice cubes and filled 2 standard ice trays with this recipe*
*once frozen, store in a freezer bag and place in the freezer for later use*
Drink this to help with cold and flu season
